Roxana M. Nieto

My journey to becoming an independent insurance agent began long before I opened my own agency.

I'm Roxana M. Nieto, owner of Integrity Insurance & Services. I'm a proud Central American, raised in Queens, New York. My father brought my mother, my sibling, and me to the United States in search of a better future. At just 14 years old, I understood that this country offered opportunities—and I was determined to make the most of them.

Starting over in a new country, learning a new culture, and learning a new language wasn't easy. But those challenges taught me something that has stayed with me throughout my life: perseverance, hard work, and believing in yourself can open doors.

I graduated high school, earned degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, and became the first in my family to reach this milestone.

My career in insurance began in 1992. Over the years, I gained extensive experience in the industry, including serving as an exclusive agent with American Family in Nevada. In 2009, I took a significant step forward and proudly became an independent insurance agent.

Today, through Integrity Insurance & Services, I have access to multiple insurance carriers, giving my clients more choices and the ability to find coverage that fits their needs, their business, and their budget.

Being bilingual and deeply connected to my community is something I value tremendously. I understand that insurance can sometimes feel complicated or overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process easier, clearer, and more personal.

Beyond my career, I'm a proud mother of two remarkable young men. Family has always been at the heart of who I am—and that is reflected in the way I treat my clients.

I don't just sell insurance. I build relationships. I listen, I educate, and I help protect what matters most.
